Richard V Dieli, FCSI MA MBA

Richard Dieli is the founder of Dieli Murawka Howe.  In 1979, after 15 years in food service culinary, operations and management Richard decided to begin his own Foodservice Design Firm.  His vision was to build a Firm that incorporated his experience and knowledge of working in kitchens to create not just aesthetically pleasing designs, but kitchens that function in the “real world.”  To this day DMH designs with the end-user in mind and makes it a point to consult with Kitchen Directors and staff as well as Architects and Engineers on every project.  Richard’s top priority is today, and always has been client satisfaction.  Richard’s goal is to ensure we provide a sustainable design that will function for our clients’ needs now and 20 years in the future.

Richard Dieli has over 40 years of specialized experience in food facility design, with a focus on projects in Education, (K-12, College and University), Healthcare and Corrections. This includes the preparation of food service feasibility and concept studies, design analysis, contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for a variety of projects.  When not Designing Kitchens of the Future Richard can be found playing highly competitive inter-family games of Bocce Ball and Canasta and hosting large family gatherings to facilitate said games!
